Ms. Christine Cera, is the Administrator of Admissions and CEO. She began her career as a dental assistant in high school and holds certifications as a CDA, EFDA, and in Radiology. Since 1990, Ms. Cera has worked in all facets of dentistry, owning and operating Dental One, Inc.—a dental staffing service that has built strong relationships with dental offices and personnel across Broward, Palm Beach, and Martin Counties.

Throughout her career, Ms. Cera has served as a consulting practice manager and administrator, actively contributing to numerous dental organizations. She has long supported the Dental Hygiene Society of Palm Beach, regularly participating in CCDA meetings and attending Florida Dental Association conventions. Known for her integrity, honesty, and reliability, she is dedicated to providing the dental community with exceptional professionals and ensuring success in the field.

Recognizing the high demand for dental assistants in Florida, she transitioned from managing a staffing agency to establishing the Dental Assisting Academy of the Palm Beaches in 2011.

Her passion is to see others succeed and transform their lives. Through the Dental Assisting Academy of the Palm Beaches, Ms. Cera empowers aspiring dental assistants to build a future in dentistry—whether by launching a new career or advancing through certifications in Expanded Function Duty Radiology and CPR. Many of her students have gone on to pursue careers not only as dental assistants but also in dental hygiene and dentistry, further extending her legacy of empowering others to achieve their professional dreams.
